How we use it
We use quote-request information to understand your needs, contact you about the request, and prepare or discuss potential services. We do not use the form to collect payment information.
Processing and retention
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Formspree processes quote-form submissions and sends them to ClearComfort. ClearComfort keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for customer communication, business records, and applicable obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell quote-request information. Information may be handled by service providers that operate the website or business communications, or disclosed when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@clearcomfortservices.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
